Shipping & Delivery Policy

Welcome to Altea. We strive to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping operations.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several tiers of service

3. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Altea ships to addresses within Canada.

  • Domestic (Canada): We ship to all provinces and territories. Please note that shipping to remote Northern regions may incur additional time. Please also note that we do not ship to P.O Boxes.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Within Canada: Altea is not responsible for any sales taxes applied to your order beyond what is collected at checkout.

6. Damages & Issues

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team at support@altea.io.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damage for faster processing.
